From Flowers To Fancy
As someone who is not chill at all and believes in having at least 10 outfit changes a day - planning an outfit that can go from one place to another is difficult for me. I love clothes because I love being able to compliment a space. I love the thoughtfulness that can be put into an outfit to show appreciation for the beauty that it is surrounded by. On this day's excursion we went to Citizen Supply's, The Victorian Atlanta, and Ponce City Market's bar, The Mercury. Finding an outfit that says "I'm a garden princess" but also "I'm a dang heckin fancy lady" was task I was up for. I decided to keep it simple. A classic gingham skirt that does magic when I twirl in it, a white tee, my favorite sock boots to help me blend in to the green scenery, and my newest vintage bag find.If you find yourself at The Mercury I would recommend The Hummingbird cocktail followed by stopping in the prettiest bathroom in Atlanta. For a casual afternoon drink in such a dreamy restaurant, I remained confident in my outfit choice. I honestly cannot get enough of lucite accessories right now, so when I found this bag at Buffalo Exchange my heart dropped. Who said aluminum foil bags were out of style? While getting ready I listened to Do I Ever Cross Your Mind by Chet Atkins and Dolly Parton because nothing says garden and class like Dolly, right?
